Super Crispy Air Fryer Chickpeas

Super crispy chickpeas made in an air fryer. A super easy, quick, tasty and healthy recipe that can be made at home with minimal ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14 oz / 400g can of chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or oil of choice (if using)
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F / 200°C
  • Drain and rinse the can of chickpeas.
  • Add olive oil and salt to the chickpeas and toss until evenly coated. Empty the chickpeas into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the chickpeas in the air fryer for 15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking. Once the chickpeas are golden and crunchy they are ready.
