2tbspolive oil
1tbsplemon juice
1tbspsmoked paprika
2tspdried oregano
1 1/2tspsaltor to taste
1tspgarlic powder
1/2tspblack pepperor to taste
1/4tspcayenne pepper powderadjust for spice
Instructions
Combine chicken wings with oil, lemon juice and spices in a large bowl. Mix until chicken wings are well coated in the spices then place in the fridge to marinate for at least 15 minutes
Meanwhile preheat the oven to 425°F/220°C
Place marinated chicken wings in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Cook the wings in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Let cool slightly before serving.
