Honey Mustard Chicken Wings

- 2 lb / 900 g chicken wings
Marinade
- 1/3 cup dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- black pepper to taste
Mix marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside about 1/4 of it for later. (Note 1)
Combine the rest of the marinade with the chicken wings and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place an oven safe wire rack on top. Place marinated chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes. Flip wings and then brush or spoon over some of the reserved marinade. Cook the wings for a further 15-20 minutes.
- Marinade should make a bit more than is needed. This will give the option to glaze more marinade over the wings, in the cooking process, if desired.
