Mix the garlic mustard marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
Add the chicken wings to a large bowl or zip lock bag and pour over marinade. Mix wings with the marinade until well coated. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile preheat the oven to 425°F/220°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Line wings in a single layer on the parchment paper. Cook the wings in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until nice and golden.
