Air Fryer Roasted Tomatoes
Roasted tomatoes are a great versatile side dish or appetizer! They are made really easily and really quickly all through the use of an air fryer. Eat them on their own or add them to other dishes, there are so many uses for these roasted tomatoes.

2 small-medium tomatoes 1 tsp olive oil 1 tsp balsamic vinegar 1 small clove of garlic minced 1/4 tsp dried oregano or basil or thyme (Note 1) salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F/180°C.
Cut the tomatoes in half and mix in a bowl with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt and pepper.
Place the tomatoes cut side up in the air fryer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, until tomatoes are cooked as desired.
Let cool slightly before serving. (Note 2)
Fresh herbs also work great!
The inside of cooked tomatoes are incredibly hot, this is why I recommend you let them cool slightly if you are going to eat them while still hot.
