Air Fryer Garlic Bread

The perfect side dish to any meal, made quick and easy in an air fryer. You can make your own fresh garlic bread and cook it in the air fryer, or you can use frozen garlic bread in the air fryer for a really easy snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices good quality bread

Garlic Butter (Note 1)

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter room temperature (Note 2)
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F/180°C
  • Mix the ingredients for the garlic butter together in a small bowl, until well combined.
  • Spread a generous amount of the garlic butter on to one side of the slices of bread.
  • Place garlic bread in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook in the garlic bread in the air fryer for 7-10 minutes (9-12 if frozen), until all the butter is melted and it is nicely toasted.

Notes

  1. This should make slightly more garlic butter than will be needed for 2 slices of bread. This will depend on the bread size and how much butter is used.
  2. If using salted butter then you will most likely not need to add any extra salt.
