Chicken Seasoning
The seasoning for this recipe is quite a simple but tasty on. It is a combination of smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. This will be mixed together with the chicken using a little bit of olive oil.
This seasoning also works well with other cuts of chicken as well as other methods of cooking chicken. You can also choose to use any seasoning or combination of herbs and spices that you like. The recipe for cooking the chicken drumsticks in the oven will remain the same for most of them.
The only exception to that might be if there is sugar in your seasoning mix. If there is too much sugar then there is a chance that the outside of the chicken can burn if the oven is too hot. If that is the case I would recommend either turning the drumsticks often during cooking or cook the chicken for longer at a lower temperature (probably about 350°F/180°C).

Alternatively serve the chicken alongside a pasta dish, such as this Italian Sausage Pasta, or served with a flavored rice of some sort. Really they are quite versatile and go well with most other types of food.
