Oven Baked Tikka Masala Chicken Wings

Chicken wings marinated in tikka masala paste that are then oven baked. Packed full of flavor and easy to make. They make the perfect snack for any occassion.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb / 900 g chicken wings split into wingettes and drumettes
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala paste

Instructions
 

  • Add the tikka masala paste and chicken wings together in a large bowl or sealable bag and mix until well coated. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place marinated chicken wings on top in a single layer.
  • Cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Let cool slighlty before serving.
