Place chicken wings in a large bowl or zip lock bag. Pour over the marinade and mix until well coated. Let wings marinate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C
Line baking tray with parchment paper and place an oven safe wire rack on top. Place chicken wings on top of wire rack, saving some of the leftover marinade for later.
Cook the wings into the oven for 25-30 minutes. Flip the wings and brush/spoon over some of the reserved marinade, then cook for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Let the wings cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and thinly sliced scallion to serve.
